Shipping policy

By shopping on www.madpixelshop.com you agree to all terms and policies listed below and and any other policies listed on the site in regards to shipping, returns, cancellations and the general usage of the website.

Customs charges, tariff fees, brokerage fees, or any other government or carrier fee that is imposed by your country or by the carrier whom delivers your order is the sole responsibility of the customer. These are fees that must be paid by you. We cannot pay these for you, and will not accept cancellations or give refunds due to unclaimed packages for unpaid fees. 

Any orders that are sent to a forwarding company as per your shipping address once delivered to that address have 2 weeks to let the owner of this site know of any issues concerning the order if any. Once that 2 weeks has passed no refunds, returns or any other guarantees will be made. If a return must be made from an outside country due to using a freight forwarding or any kind of similar service like Shipito, forward2me, Stackry, Reship, Planetexpress or any other similar services within that 2 week period the shipping costs must be paid by the customer "buyer" for that return. 

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or similar courier service depending on shipping speed selected. (On occasion a service that is selected may not be available when it comes time to be shipped and a comparable option will be replaced. If there is a discrepancy in cost for shipping in favor of the customer, you will be refunded the overpayment.) 

Please note on occasion shipping weights may be off slightly and this can cause a selected shipping option to be changed when your items are being shipped, but this typically has no adverse effect on shipping speed or cost. This may happen if UPS Ground Saver or USPS Ground Advantage are selected for shipping. These services both use USPS in the end. Sometimes if UPS is selected USPS will be used instead depending on several factors, but usually will be in your favor as there will be no extra handling time as USPS will handle the package the entire time.

Everything that is ordered and in stock will typically ship within 3 business days. Some items may require a longer period before being shipped and will be noted in the description. If an order has a preorder item it may hold up your order for everything to be shipped together. If you want your order faster please order preorder items separately to ensure timely delivery of other items. To save on shipping cost you may order preorder and in stock items together, but please keep in mind they will be shipped together and won't ship until all items are in stock. 

International orders will be shipped via DHL, UPS or other similar courier service. All other terms mentioned above hold true for international orders.
